Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines : vigan is probably one of the most photographed locations in the philippines (in the company of baywalk/manila bay and intramuros) and is one of my favorite places in the country. we started our 8 day (was supposed to be 10 but the weather was just a bitch) road trip in this historic city that has among the warmest people in the land.
